- Demand financial help or any form of support from LIONORIGIN/ Us/ the Company.
- Pursue/Raise or file any form of complaint, legal claim, lawsuit, case, grievance, refund, financial restitution, or chargeback of any nature against LIONORIGIN/ Us/ the Company or any of its owned businesses, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, or associated entities.

Indemnification:
