Conditions:
By placing an order or agreeing to start the course, service/project with LIONORIGIN, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the All Terms and Conditions, Refund/Cancellation, and Privacy Policy.
LIONORIGIN accepts no liability for loss of service, unavailability of files, damage of data, misuse of equipment by other persons/3rd person/clients/freelancers/agencies or any unknown, failure of any externally managed equipment or communications devices, or other services deemed to be beyond the LIONORIGIN’s control.
If we see any changes in the project by the 3rd party Freelancers/ Agencies/ Persons/ Any Unknown, involved in the project, we will stop work immediately on that project and never work again, the client has no right to claim a refund in this matter. If we don’t get full payment, we will take legal action as per law and won’t take any project in the future.
LIONORIGIN accepts no liability and will not take any responsibility, if any changes/problems/any kind of issues are made by other persons/3rd persons/clients/freelancers/agencies or any unknown in the ongoing project.
LIONORIGIN will not take any responsibility for copyright infringements caused by materials and content submitted by the client.
LIONORIGIN will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation, or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
Late/Non-Payment: 48 hours past your due date, you will get a warning letter/Email. If we don’t receive a payment within the next 2 days then you will be penalized $10 per day. After 7 days your service/project will be stopped and we will take legal action with a huge fine as per the law and register a complaint on World Wide Online complaint platforms.
Payment Terms Conditions for Services:
We require 80% payment in advance for the course, service/project if you have bad credit. Your previous payment history, which is analyzed daily, is a significant determining factor.
If we receive full payment for the project then we will proceed to work on high priority. We will provide some free services and offers.
Payments are made electronically only through the website or payment links provided by the authority of LIONORIGIN.
Any cash or cheque payment is not acceptable. The Project Work/Service will start only after full payment for the service.
Make payments using debit/credit card, UPI, Wallet, or PayPal (For international payment), or they can be transferred to our bank account. For account details contact us.
Please note that for international payments you will need to add 5% and for local payments add 3% to the total amount. (This is a PayPal service charge)
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file or raise any dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. (Client has the right to cancel the service within 3 days (72 hrs) of purchase)
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit or debit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There is no expectation.
Payment Terms Conditions for Courses/Training/Internship:
Note: - LIONORIGIN®, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, unavoidable plans, or unavoidable situations (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, mass violations, etc.)
As of today, we don’t have a refund policy for the internship/ training course. If the candidate doesn't like the course or training, the amount paid will be refunded 100% within 7 (Seven) days. No refund will be issued after 7 (Seven) days of starting the course/ batch.
If the candidate forcefully asks for the refund in between the course, the Institute/ Organization/ Company may blacklist the candidature of the candidate.
The institute/ Organization/ Company is/will not responsible if you don’t attend the class regularly or don’t put effort towards the course/ training, career/ placement/ job. Not be responsible if you don’t perform well in/ for the interview/ placement/ job. And you don’t have any rights to claim job without any job offer from any Company/ Organization.
You must have your Laptop for practice practical work.
Payment Confirmation, Plan & Price Change:
Once you make the payment via Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, or PayPal, you are requested to send us the confirmation details by WhatsApp Chat or Email. We will check with our bank and get back to you. Once the payment is confirmed, we will start the services.
If The Payment failed On the Customer’s/Client’s/Candidate’s/Student’s end or made a wrong payment with unknown personnel, we aren’t responsible for that.
Customers/Client should maintain their payment confirmation details that have been paid to us for the activation of the orders or proof/record.

Terms & Conditions Modification:
LIONORIGIN may revise these terms of use for its services and website and owned websites & networks at any time without notice. By using our services and website and for owned websites & networks, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these T&Cs of use.
Security:
We don’t disclose or reveal the work details, data, or client’s details. We Take Security and Confidentiality Very Seriously. We Take All Reasonable Steps to Protect Our Systems Against Unauthorized Usage.
Any illegal activity detected on a website will lead to the sealing of the same by us with immediate effect, as per the IT rules laid out by the Indian and International IT Act.
